By default a pack runs on Weldune's hardware and you work in the web app. With the Claude integration you connect Weldune from Claude: Claude is where you work, Weldune runs the workflow. US packs get a same-day support response.
Terms of the run
DataInputs are processed, delivered, then purged after a short window unless you opt into storage for re-runs. Weldune does not hold customer data as a product.
